These Terms of Service govern your use of onsiteconstructionllc.com and any services provided by Onsite Construction & Restoration. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms in full.

We provide new construction, home additions, major renovations, historic restoration, custom remodels, commercial build outs, and fire and water damage reconstruction. All services are subject to a written contract executed prior to commencement of work.
Estimates are preliminary and subject to change. A fixed price contract must be signed by both parties before work begins. The signed contract supersedes all prior communications.
Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract. Standard terms include a deposit at contract execution and progress payments tied to milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may result in work stoppage and applicable fees.
Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before work begins. Change orders may affect project price and timeline.
The client is responsible for:
Onsite obtains all required building permits as specified in the project contract. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. Project timelines may be affected by permitting authority delays outside the Company's control.
Onsite provides a one year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty does not cover damage from client modifications, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain. Manufacturer warranties for materials and fixtures are passed through to the client.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total contract value. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The client's sole remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected work.
Disputes shall first be submitted to good faith mediation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days the matter may proceed to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Legal proceedings shall be conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida.
